Everybody can cook, so let’s make blueberry muffins.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup  granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon  salt

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 6 to 8 ounces fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:

First preheat your oven to 400 degrees, then line 10 standard-size muffin tin with liners.

Fill the remaining empty muffin tins with a teaspoon of water to help the muffins cook evenly.

In a large bowl combine and whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl whisk the oil, egg, milk and vanilla. After the wet ingredients are thoroughly combined, add them to the dry ingredients, don’t over mix here!

Fold your blueberries into the muffin batter. Don’t forget to save a couple for the muffin tops!

Evenly dish out your batter into the lined tins, and place the extra blueberries on the tops.

Bake for 20 minutes.

After baking, let rest in the pan for 5-10 minutes to cool, then enjoy!
