Residents Should Be Allowed to Park on Campus When it Rains
Those of us that live on campus know the pain of walking all the way from housing all the way to our classes through the pouring rain that ruins our work. There are empty spots on campus even with commuters driving here so the residents should get some assistance even if just in the rain.
