Agora Hills Music Video Review

Doja Cat makes a comeback with her newest album “Scarlet.”

“Scarlet” was recently released on Sept. 22. The album shows a different side to Doja’s typical music vibe but jumps more into her rap and rock sounds. Leading up to the album release, Doja Cat released three new singles to promote the album. The first single to drop was “Attention”, then “Paint The Town Red” and lastly “Demons”. 

On the day of the album release for “Scarlet”, Doja dropped another music video for the song “Agora Hills”. 

This song reminds me of the sweet pop side of Doja taking you back to the vibes of her third album “Planet Her”. On “Agora Hills”, Doja reminds us of how versatile she is as a female artist. A press release regarding the music video stated that Doja’s,

“…estranged dreams come to life in a home-movie style video mixed with apocalyptic vibes”.

The overall song and music video was phenomenally created by director Hannah Lux Davis and Doja Cat. They even included the popular influencer Aliyah Interlude.
