Siren EP By Chxrry22 Review

The Weeknd’s new prodigy Chxrry22 released a new EP called “Siren”.

The Weeknd signed his first female artist Chxrry22 to his upcoming record label, and she is making her mark. Chxrry22 is an R&B artist from Toronto, Canada, this is the second EP she’s released following her first EP called “The Other Side” in 2022. 

Throughout the EP, Chxrry22 uses her sultry aura throughout her songs. In her interview with Rated R&B Chxrry22 states she wants her fans to feel empowered and confident to embrace their true selves.  “This project wasn’t to be sad. I didn’t want it to be super emotional. I wanted it to be a declaration of confidence, dominance and fun,” said Chxrry22.

Not only is Chxrry22 the first female artist signed to the Weeknd’s record label XO Records, but she is also touring with him on his Australia and New Zealand concerts.
