Dorm Dash: Feta Pasta
Feta Pasta is a fast and easy meal to make in your Aiken dorm.
Ingredients include cherry tomatoes (Mild Rotel if you want a little kick), feta cheese, any pasta of your choice, garlic, olive oil and spices. You will also need a medium or large oven safe pan (glass or aluminum).
First you want to cook 2/3 of the box noodles, I prefer penne because it cooks fast. While those are cooking, you want to put a little bit of olive oil in the glass or aluminum pan. You then put in the tomatoes with the feta cheese in the middle. For both, use the full container. This is also when you add two teaspoons of garlic, some salt and pepper and basil.
Set the oven to 400 degrees, and after it is done preheating add in pan for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. After that, take it out of the oven and squish the tomatoes. Then mix everything together.
When the noodles are done, add it to the cheese and tomato mixture. Place it back in the oven for 5 minutes. Then it’s ready to be served.
