With Valentine’s Day around the corner, it is important to keep up with self-care practices.. Yoga is a good place to start.

Yoga instructor Krissy says, “The practice has so many benefits physical benefits that strengthen and stretch your body.”

Krissy Simon teaches yoga classes, at the Wellness Center, along with several other instructors. The introductory yoga classes take place Monday and Wednesday night from 5:15 to 6, Friday afternoon from 12:20 to 1. Yoga slow flow is held on Tuesdays from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Yoga gold is on Thursday mornings from 8:45 to 9:15.

“You don’t have to be experienced,” said Simon. “You’re more than welcome to come in with as little knowledge or experience to begin your practice.”
