Ten activities for unwinding before finals
Slowly but surely final exams are creeping up on us. Here are a few tips to keep you calm and collected while we decide if we are getting this degree or if it is getting us.
Take a warm bath with some goodies from LUSH
Take a yoga class at the Wellness Center
Listen to some relaxing music
Read a book (nothing too serious, it’s not that deep)
Talk to your friends about your stress (they’re probably going through the same things you're going through)
Take a nap
Watch your favorite movie
Stay off social media for a while
Spend some quality time with your friends
Take up a new hobby like journaling or crafting
