Column: Sunflower seeds are the superior snack

Crack one open and sit a spell. I don’t mean a beer, no. I meant a fresh pack of sunflower seeds!

The fruit of the Sunflower, these superior snacks are sold in almost every convivence store for just ninety-nine cent. That’s not the only reason why they are the superior snacks.

According to an article written on Natural Food Series, “Sunflowers helps promote healthy detoxification, healthy skin, and restful sleep.”

Who doesn’t want a snack that helps with healthiness all around? To top it off, they are delicious.

Also, sunflowers come in many delicious flavors such as, original, ranch, barbecue, salt and vinegar, and dill pickle and many more. So much variety for those of us who are indecisive.

Not only are sunflower seeds healthy, they are also a quick snack for a long day. As I stated before, they only cost $0.99.

You can grab them off the selves drop a dollar and go about your day. Secondly, they are right at the door when you walk into the store. There is no need to go deep into the back of the store and search through endless packages that are not necessary.

There are those of who must find the negative in sunflower seeds. One negative could be that it is too much salt. This could easily be fixed by simply having either a glass of water or another drink such as apple juice.
